As a second-generation builder, with more than 20 years in the industry, James has extensive experience in large-scale multifamily and commercial projects. Throughout his career James has performed various roles from managing the day-to-day site operations to estimating and construction management services. These experiences have provided him with the skills to operate effectively while overseeing multiple projects together with their teams of staff, trade partners and stakeholders. The passion and dedication that James has for his work shows in the relationships that he has made on his journey, many of his trade partners and stakeholder connections were developed early on his career and have been maintained pridefully over the years.
