We are a locally owned yoga and fitness studio in Chestermere, with the mission of offering a brave space for all to come move their entire being - body, mind + soul. With over 100+ fitness and yoga classes to choose from each month, our hope is that we have a little something for everyone. One of our mottos is Show up for YOU!. We hope that each and every time you walk into our space, whether it be for personal training or a group class, you know that all of you is welcome, and that our space is a space for you to move with intention and purpose, for you, on that day and in that moment. Our knowledgeable instructors and personal trainers are here to guide you through any class or training session you attend. We are here to walk alongside you as you embark on your health and wellness journey. Some come take up space. Our brave space is yours.
